We will refund any item not installed, damaged, in re-saleable condition and purchased within 30 days of the return request if it meets the following conditions:
- A return goods authorization (RGA) must be issued by us.
- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the items.
- The original packaging must be returned and reusable (if the original packaging is not reusable, then there will be a 15% charge for repackaging).
- Freight must be prepaid back to the original shipping point. Prepaid Freight is non-refundable unless we made the mistake
