Hook & Loop (Velcro) Sanding Disks are ideal for creating a smooth, even surface prior to polishing. Sanding with progressively finer grits will help to hide pits, scratches & burns to help attain a flawless, mirror-like finish. Safety Flanges are to be used during high speed polishing and buffing with our Airway Buffing Wheels. They are meant to reduce the chances warping of the center plate of the buffing wheel. In addition to offering protection against warping, Safety Flanges also help to keep the buffing wheel securely in place.

Attach the safety flanges to each side of your airway buffing wheel by simply placing the flange on your grinder's shaft, placing the buffing wheel on top of the flange, and placing the second flange on top of the buffing wheel. The next step is to fasten the attachments securely before buffing and cutting.

These all-terrain coatings are made to withstand various demanding conditions such as harsh weather, UV rays, and physical abrasion. This non-stick coating is durable and provides scratch resistant properties for all of the off-road racers and drivers. The durability of these products work against road debris such as rocks, sand, mud, or snow and the abrasion resistance protects against scratches and swirl marks. All-terrain coatings also help to protect the vehicle's underlying surface from chemical damage or etching as it is resistant against acidic substances, harsh detergents, and alkaline cleaners. Hydrophobic or water repellent properties are another feature of this product – it makes water beads form so no water spots affect the surface.

Renegade Spot Assassin is a safe, non-toxic and non-abrasive water spot remover that targets and eliminates tough water spots on any surface in seconds. If you live in a place where it rains constantly, it’s foggy in the mornings and you notice water streaks on your windows as you start to drive, your city water is high in calcium and alkalinity or you park by an automated sprinkler. Your car paint is at more risk than you think! Because of the large rich concentration of minerals in the water that takes place when the water dries, called “Water Spots” due to its visual characteristic.

If the water spots stay in your paint for more than a few days you run the risk of iron build up on your clear coat. Over time the build-up embeds onto your paint turning into Red Iron most commonly knows as rust. Lumi gloss specializes in protecting a vehicle's surfaces while also adding shine. The ingredients found in Lumi-Gloss shine Sprays vary from product to product ,however, the main goal of these products are to protect the vehicle's exterior from water spots, UV rays, and other contaminants while adding a high-gloss finish. Some ingredients that you can find in a Lumi-gloss are;

• Polymers – This works as a protective agent to work against water marks and spots that can form on a vehicle's surface.
•  Silicones – Not only do silicones provide a high-gloss finish, but they also help to protect from UV rays.
• Carnauba Wax – This natural wax (found from a Brazilian palm tree) adds to the protective layer and shiny finish that the first two ingredients provide. 
•  Surfactants – This works to remove unwanted dirt and debris before the polymer and carnauba wax creates a barrier to protect the vehicle. 

What surfaces can Lumi-gloss be used on?

Lumi-gloss is a multi surface shine spray. You can use this product on the majority of surfaces around you. For example, you could use Lumi-gloss on painted surfaces including clear coats or metallic paints. Lumi-gloss is safe on glass like windows and mirrors or plastic like bumpers and door handles. Also, chrome ,such as wheels or trim pieces on your vehicle,  are safe to put lumi-gloss shine spray on. Although you can use this product on a lot of surfaces, it is recommended to do a test patch first and follow the directions found on the label.

This dry wash is not only eco friendly and convenient, but it also safely removes particles and contaminants from a vehicle's surface without leaving any scratches or imperfections. Waterless wash will make your vehicle look like you spent hours cleaning it, with just a couple of sprays. This product is efficient in between car washes to maintain a clean looking car. 

We offer two compounds specifically meant for finishing —blue rouge and the purple polishing compound. Both represent a show finish and we recommend that you pair either one of these final show finishing compounds with a white flannel buffing wheel. Keep in mind many of our polishers are quite happy with the two-step process outlined above and leave show polishes only to their most cherished pieces.

Stainless Steel Metal Polishing

Polishing stainless steel with our Airway Buffing Wheels is typically a two step process. The first step is to pair our red airway buffing wheel with out Black Magic Compound. The second step involves using a Pink buffing wheel with our Yellow Deluxe Compound. For an extra show-shine finish, some use a white buffing wheel with our Blue Rouge Metal Polishing Compound at no more than 2,200 RPM.
